Job description
Join VentureForge Labs, a premier accelerator fostering bold entrepreneurship and venture creation. We ideate, validate, and launch high-potential startups in a collaborative ecosystem. This role shapes our growth programs, mentors founders, and connects them with the resources they need to succeed.
As the Entrepreneurship Growth Lead, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of new venture initiativesâfrom discovery to go-to-marketâwhile building a scalable program that accelerates traction and reduces time-to-launch. You will partner with mentors, investors, and corporate partners to create a thriving, impact-driven portfolio.
Our culture rewards curiosity, pragmatic experimentation, and a bias toward action. If youâre passionate about building ecosystems that empower founders to turn ideas into lasting ventures, this is your opportunity to lead with impact.

- Develop partnerships with investors, corporations, universities, and community organizations to create resources and funding opportunities for startups.
- Track portfolio performance, define success metrics, and report progress to leadership with data-driven insights.
- Plan and manage incubation events, demo days, and mentor sessions to maximize founder outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
