You will bridge startup ecosystems, corporate partnerships, and investor networks to create high-impact experiences that accelerate growth, product-market fit, and funding readiness.

As a strategic operator and hands-on mentor, you’ll design playbooks, recruit top mentors, and partner with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to maximize program ROI and founder success.

Responsibility

  • Develop and manage the Entrepreneurship Programs portfolio, including accelerators, founder residencies, and corporate partnerships.
  • Design growth frameworks, success metrics, and scalable playbooks to accelerate startup traction and fundraising readiness.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse network of mentors, coaches, and industry partners.
  • Lead applicant outreach, due diligence, selection, and onboarding for program cohorts.
  • Coach founders on business model refinement, go-to-market strategy, and capital strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships to create visibility, deal flow, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Analyze program outcomes with dashboards and ROI analyses; deliver quarterly reports to stakeholders.
  • Foster an inclusive, entrepreneurial culture that encourages experimentation, learning, and long-term growth.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in startup ecosystems, accelerators, venture capital, or corporate innovation programs.
  • Proven track record designing and delivering successful entrepreneurship or accelerator programs.
  • Strong network of mentors, investors, corporate partners, and ecosystem players.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data dashboards and outcome-driven metrics.
  • Comfort with fast-paced environments, cross-functional collaboration, and program management tools.
  • Knowledge of fundraising processes, investor relations, and growth strategy is a plus.
