We seek a hands-on Entrepreneurship Growth Lead who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the nuances of startup building. This role blends strategic thinking with practical execution, offering a unique opportunity to shape multiple ventures and generate meaningful value for founders, investors, and the team.
What you’ll do is help founders discover product-market fit, design scalable growth playbooks, and translate vision into repeatable results.
Responsibility
- Identify market opportunities and validate them through rapid experimentation and customer discovery.
- Design and implement growth strategies across channels (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) for portfolio startups.
- Partner with founders to articulate compelling value propositions and business models.
- Lead fundraising readiness initiatives, including investor decks and quantitative storytelling.
- Build and mentor cross-functional growth squads, setting KPIs and accountability cadences.
- Develop partnerships, channels, and strategic alliances to scale reach and impact.
- Drive data-informed decision making using analytics and experimentation frameworks.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, resilience, and continuous learning across ventures.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, growth, product, or business development within early-stage startups.
- Proven track record of taking ideas to product-market fit and scalable growth.
- Strong understanding of GTM strategy, pricing, and unit economics.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and fundraising support skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, analytics dashboards).
- Ability to operate autonomously, balance multiple ventures, and adapt to ambiguity.
- Passion for entrepreneurship and a collaborative, founder-first approach.
