What you’ll do is help founders discover product-market fit, design scalable growth playbooks, and translate vision into repeatable results.

Responsibility

  • Identify market opportunities and validate them through rapid experimentation and customer discovery.
  • Design and implement growth strategies across channels (acquisition, activation, retention, monetization) for portfolio startups.
  • Partner with founders to articulate compelling value propositions and business models.
  • Lead fundraising readiness initiatives, including investor decks and quantitative storytelling.
  • Build and mentor cross-functional growth squads, setting KPIs and accountability cadences.
  • Develop partnerships, channels, and strategic alliances to scale reach and impact.
  • Drive data-informed decision making using analytics and experimentation frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, resilience, and continuous learning across ventures.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in entrepreneurship, growth, product, or business development within early-stage startups.
  • Proven track record of taking ideas to product-market fit and scalable growth.
  • Strong understanding of GTM strategy, pricing, and unit economics.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and fundraising support skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, analytics dashboards).
