LaunchForge Labs is seeking a proactive Entrepreneurship Growth Lead to empower founders, design scalable programs, and accelerate the go-to-market strategy for portfolio ventures. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, founder-first environment.
As a key member of our entrepreneurship team, you will partner with portfolio founders, investors, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and build repeatable processes for startup growth.
Responsibility
- Define and execute the entrepreneurship program strategy, including founder coaching, workshops, and mentorship tracks.
- Partner with portfolio startups to refine value propositions, customer discovery, and product-market fit.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market planning for multiple ventures.
- Build and manage a network of mentors, investors, and corporate partners.
- Design and run growth experiments, establish a metrics dashboard, and monitor performance.
- Support fundraising efforts with investor decks, diligence materials, and updates.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to scale venture programs.
- Manage a small team of program coordinators and external consultants.
Qualification
- 5+ years in startups, entrepreneurship programs, or venture development.
- Proven track record helping startups achieve product-market fit and revenue growth.
- Strong network in startup ecosystems, including investors, mentors, and corporate partners.
- Experience in business development, partnerships, fundraising, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
