Join VentureForge Labs as the Entrepreneurship Lead to design and scale our startup ecosystem programs in Austin. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of mentorship, deal flow, and partnerships. You will build curricula, recruit mentors and founders, and collaborate with corporate partners to accelerate growth for high-potential ventures.
Responsibility
- Design and oversee end-to-end entrepreneurship programs, including curriculum development, milestones, and success metrics.
- Source, screen, and select high-potential startups for cohorts; maintain a diverse and inclusive pipeline.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of mentors, advisors, and partners to support founders.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships teams to run outreach campaigns and secure sponsorships.
- Develop and track KPI dashboards; report progress to leadership and investors.
- Facilitate workshops, mentorship sessions, and investor demo days; ensure a superior founder experience.
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, universities, and local governments to expand ecosystem and funding opportunities.
Qualification
- 3-5 years of program management or startup incubation experience; track record in scaling ventures.
- Strong knowledge of entrepreneurship, product-market fit, fundraising, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; proven ability to recruit mentors and partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance teams; comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
