Join InnovateHub Ventures, a leading venture studio empowering founders to launch and scale high-impact startups. We are seeking an experienced Entrepreneurship Lead to architect programs, mentor teams, and drive venture outcomes in Austin, TX.
In this FULL_TIME role, you will design and execute growth initiatives, oversee a portfolio of early-stage ventures, and collaborate with partners to secure funding, talent, and market access.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement entrepreneurship programs that accelerate ideation, validation, and go-to-market for portfolio ventures.
- Mentor startup founders and cross-functional teams, providing strategic guidance on product, go-to-market, and fundraising.
- Source, evaluate, and select early-stage startups to join the accelerator, overseeing due diligence and onboarding.
- Build partnerships with corporate sponsors, universities, and investors to create investment and growth opportunities.
- Lead workshops and events, including pitch nights, demos, and founder coaching sessions.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and report outcomes to stakeholders; continuously optimize program ROI.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to scale portfolio ventures and shape the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Forecast budget, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, venture building, or accelerator programs; track record of helping startups scale.
- Strong network within venture capital, angel investors, corporates, and academic partners.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design curricula, run workshops, and coach founders across stages.
- Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, dashboards, and ROI measurement.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; strong project management skills.
- Respect for diverse founders; inclusive leadership mindset.
- BA/BS required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
