Responsibility
- Lead and mentor early-stage teams, guiding business model validation and iteration.
- Design and scale entrepreneurship playbooks covering ideation, product-market fit, and go-to-market.
- Identify and engage with external founders, mentors, and investors to build a high-impact portfolio.
- Drive fundraising strategies, investor outreach, and deal structuring to secure capital.
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations to accelerate time-to-value for ventures.
- Build performance dashboards and analytics to track metrics and iterate on strategy.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, venture development, or relevant roles.
- Proven fundraising experience or portfolio growth.
- Expertise in business model design, market research, and go-to-market planning.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Extensive network within VC, angel investors, and accelerator communities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to build financial models and dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
