We are seeking a dynamic Entrepreneurship Lead to identify and validate breakthrough business ideas, craft go-to-market strategies, and shepherd ventures from concept to launch in a high-velocity startup environment. This role blends strategic thinking, market analysis, and hands-on execution to drive real-world impact.
This position partners with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to shape opportunities, recruit top talent, and accelerate growth through experiments, partnerships, and fundraising activities.
Responsibility
- Identify market opportunities, run rapid experiments, and validate business models.
- Define value propositions, customer segments, and pricing strategies with data-driven insights.
- Lead or co-create MVPs, prototypes, and pilots with cross-functional teams.
- Form and manage go-to-market plans, partnerships, and early-stage pilots.
- Track key metrics, run experimentation loops, and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships.
- Mentor teams, build scalable processes, and communicate progress to executives.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, startups, venture building, or corporate intrapreneurship.
- Proven track record of launching ventures or products with measurable impact.
- Strong experience with customer discovery, business model design, lean startup methods.
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, or grant processes.
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and bias for action.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple initiatives.
