VentureForge Accelerator is seeking an Entrepreneurship Mentor & Growth Lead to join our dynamic team in Austin. You will work closely with ambitious founders to accelerate product-market fit and revenue growth, helping them turn ideas into scalable ventures.
In this role, you’ll coach portfolio teams, lead hands-on workshops, and connect startups with mentors, investors, and strategic partners. Responsibility
- Mentor and advise early-stage founders on product strategy, market fit, and sustainable business models.
- Lead workshops on go-to-market, fundraising, pricing, and revenue optimization.
- Build and maintain a robust network of mentors, investors, and corporate partners.
- Track KPIs, help startups create actionable roadmaps, and conduct milestone reviews.
- Prepare founders for investor pitches and demo days, including pitch coaching and mock Q&A.
- Collaborate with program managers to design curricula, mentor guides, and accelerator programming.
- Foster a collaborative entrepreneurial community and peer-learning environment.
Qualification
- 7+ years in startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital, or related roles.
- Proven track record in scaling ventures, business development, or fundraising.
- Executive coaching, facilitation, and compelling storytelling.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy.
- Extensive network of mentors and investors (regional networks preferred).
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Willingness to commit full-time; thrive in a fast-paced accelerator environment.
