We partner with early-stage teams to validate concepts, design scalable business models, and accelerate growth through hands-on coaching, funded pilots, and a tight-knit founder community.
We are seeking an Entrepreneurship Program Manager who can lead our coaching programs, forge strategic partnerships, and drive measurable outcomes for portfolio ventures.
Responsibility
- Build and validate scalable business models and go-to-market strategies for early-stage ventures.
- Mentor founders through structured coaching sessions, office hours, and sprint-based programs.
- Lead pipeline development for partnerships, customers, and investors to accelerate traction.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to design and run accelerator curricula and programs.
- Design experiments to test value propositions, pricing, and monetization.
- Analyze key metrics (LTV, CAC, churn, ARR) and report findings to stakeholders.
- Oversee program operations, milestones, and portfolio outcomes tracking.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, startup, accelerator, or corporate innovation.
- Proven track record launching or scaling ventures with measurable results.
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and communication skills; adept storyteller.
- Familiarity with fundraising processes and investor relations.
- Solid experience with business modeling, GTM, pricing, and growth experiments.
- Strong independent work ethic, time management, and multi-project leadership.
- Proficiency with data tools (Excel, SQL, dashboards) and KPI tracking.
