Join InnovateLab Ventures as our Entrepreneurship Program Manager, leading the design and execution of high-impact startup programs that empower founders to launch, validate, and scale their ventures. This role blends strategy, partnerships, and hands-on mentorship in a fast-paced, growth-minded environment.
You will work closely with portfolio founders, university partners, and corporate sponsors to create curricula, run workshops, and measure program outcomes that accelerate time-to-market and funding readiness.

Responsibility
- Design, launch, and oversee multi-week entrepreneurship programs for early-stage startups and aspiring founders.
- Develop curricula, curricula materials, and practical modules focused on product-market fit, go-to-market, and fundraising.
- Manage partnerships with universities, accelerators, corporate sponsors, and investor networks to deliver value to participants.
- Recruit, train, and mentor mentors, coaches, and guest speakers to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Track program outcomes using KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven insights; report impact to stakeholders and founders.
- Coordinate event logistics, workshops, and demo days; curate investor reach and demo opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative ecosystem by connecting founders with mentors, customers, and potential co-founders.
- Lead program marketing, storytelling, and visibility to attract applicants and sponsors.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, corporate innovation, or startup program management.
- Proven track record building and scaling accelerator-style programs or entrepreneurship curricula.
- Strong network in startup ecosystem; experience partnering with universities, corporates, and investors.
- Excellent project management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven with ability to define metrics, collect data, and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; comfortable public speaking and mentoring.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and iterative experimentation.
