In this role, you will collaborate with mentors, investors, corporate partners, and community leaders to curate compelling cohorts, craft hands-on curricula, and guide startups through market validation, product development, and fundraising.
What you will do is build impact at scale: create program milestones, manage budgets, coordinate events from kickoff to demo day, and measure outcomes to optimize performance.
We offer a competitive package, high-profile networking opportunities, and a vibrant, mission-driven culture in the heart of Austin.
Responsibility

- Design and continuously improve curriculum, workshops, and mentorship tracks aligned with startup needs.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage mentors, coaches, investors, corporate partners, and domain experts.
- Coordinate programs logistics including scheduling, facilities, and online platforms; manage budgets and vendor relationships.
- Facilitate weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and KPI reporting to stakeholders.
- Build strategic partnerships with local universities, VC firms, and corporate sponsors to source deal flow and funding opportunities.
- Plan and execute high-impact events, demo days, and investor outreach to showcase portfolio companies.
- Provide ongoing coaching to founders on business model validation, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising narratives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years in entrepreneurship, startup ecosystem, venture capital, or accelerator program management.
- Proven project management and event planning skills with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical abilities; experience with KPI tracking and program measurement.
- Extensive network in Austin's startup community or demonstrated ability to build partnerships.
- Experience designing curricula, workshops, and mentorship programs for early-stage companies.
- Collaborative, proactive, and resourceful with a customer-centric mindset.
