LaunchLab Accelerator is seeking an Entrepreneurship Program Manager to lead our startup incubation efforts in Austin. You will design and run accelerator programs, recruit and manage mentors, and ensure startups hit milestones that attract follow-on funding. This full-time role blends program management, ecosystem development, and hands-on coaching to empower founders through the growth lifecycle.
What you'll do:
- Develop and execute structured accelerator curricula, onboarding, mentorship matching, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate a diverse network of mentors, investors, and corporate partners to support portfolio startups.
- Mentor and coach founders on business model validation, go-to-market strategies, and financial modeling.
- Monitor startup progress, collect metrics, and produce program reports for leadership and investors.
- Curate speaker series, workshops, and demo days to accelerate fundraising and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing to amplify portfolio visibility and startup success stories.
- Support founders with fundraising readiness, investor introductions, and term-sheet negotiations guidance.
- Lead ambassador activities, ecosystem partnerships, and community-building initiatives.
Responsibility

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in startup ecosystem, accelerator, or growth leadership roles.
- Proven track record in program management, mentorship design, and fundraising processes.
- Strong stakeholder management with investors, partners, and founders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in metrics, dashboards, and impact measurement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple programs.
- Local presence in Austin, TX or willingness to relocate (hybrid/onsite).
