Join VentureForge Labs as the Entrepreneurship Program Manager and lead a premier accelerator designed to empower founders from idea to scale. You will design and execute programs, cultivate mentor networks, and partner with corporate partners to drive real-world impact. Responsibility
- Design, launch, and manage entrepreneurship programs and accelerator tracks that accelerate founder growth and business viability.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a diverse network of mentors, advisors, and corporate partners.
- Oversee program operations including applicant screening, due diligence, cohort progression, curriculum design, and demo days.
- Build strategic partnerships with investors, universities, corporations, and coworking spaces to expand resources for founders.
- Analyze program outcomes, track key metrics, and report ROI to leadership; continuously optimize curriculum and support services.
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and founder meetups; curate high-impact speakers and content.
- Provide coaching and group mentoring to early-stage founders; foster a collaborative, inclusive ecosystem.
- Develop fundraising and go-to-market resources, advising on product-market fit and growth experiments.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, startups, venture development, or accelerator programs.
- Proven track record in program management, event planning, and mentor coordination.
- Strong network within the startup ecosystem and experience with fundraising, partnerships, or grant programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and project management tools; ability to analyze metrics and optimize programs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating in diverse, remote-friendly teams; proactive, self-starter attitude.
