Foundry Labs is seeking an Entrepreneurship Program Manager to lead our startup accelerator track in Austin. You will design programs, mentor founders, and cultivate strategic partnerships that turn ideas into market-ready ventures.

Responsibility
- Design and execute the entrepreneurship program roadmap for multiple cohorts, ensuring measurable outcomes across traction, revenue, and partnerships.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage mentors, coaches, and corporate partners to deliver high-impact sessions.
- Develop curricula, workshops, sprints, and feedback loops that accelerate founder learning and progress.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation while tracking key performance indicators.
- Coordinate investor days, demo pitches, and partner showcases to maximize funding and collaboration opportunities.
- Provide founder coaching on product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising preparation.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to scale the program and enhance ecosystem visibility.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in entrepreneurship ecosystems, accelerators, or early-stage venture programs.
- Proven track record helping startups progress from idea to traction and customer validation.
- Strong network of mentors, investors, and corporate partners.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and project-management skills.
- Experience designing curriculum, workshops, and experiential learning experiences.
- Ability to manage budgets, calendars, and cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent startup experience preferred.
