Job description

Join LaunchHub Institute, a premier platform for aspiring founders and early-stage startups. We are seeking an Entrepreneurship Program Manager to lead our Austin-based accelerator, design impact-driven curricula, and partner with mentors and investors to accelerate startup growth.

In this role, you will empower founders to validate ideas, build scalable business models, and prepare for capital raising. You will collaborate across product, partnerships, and operations to deliver a world-class program that drives measurable outcomes.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end management of the accelerator program—from application design to cohort graduation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage mentors, investors, and corporate partners to support program goals.
  • Develop and deliver curricula focused on customer discovery, business modeling, go-to-market strategies, and fundraising readiness.
  • Manage program operations, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation with a strong emphasis on efficiency and impact metrics.
  • Coordinate demo days, investor meetings, and follow-on support to maximize funding opportunities for startups.
  • Build robust content libraries and playbooks that founders can reuse beyond the cohort.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs; continuously iterate the program based on feedback and outcomes.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in entrepreneurship, startup operations, or accelerator program management.
  • Proven track record helping early-stage startups raise funds or achieve rapid growth.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in customer discovery, market research, and business modeling.
  • Familiarity with fundraising processes, investor networks, and term sheets.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, events, and operations teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
