InnovateHub Ventures empowers founders to turn ideas into scalable businesses. We are seeking a proactive Entrepreneurship Program Manager to design, run, and optimize our programs that nurture early-stage ventures from concept to traction.
As a key member of our ecosystem team, you will architect curricula, mentor cohorts, and build partnerships to accelerate startup growth in the Austin market.
You will collaborate with founders, mentors, investors, and corporate sponsors to deliver high-impact programs that deliver measurable outcomes and long-term value.
Responsibility
- Design, implement, and continuously improve entrepreneurship programs and accelerator tracks.
- Recruit, evaluate, and support high-potential founders through structured mentorship and office hours.
- Forge partnerships with universities, research institutions, investors, and corporate partners to source deals and sponsorships.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, milestones, and success metrics with rigorous reporting.
- Plan and orchestrate events, demo days, and investor introductions to accelerate traction.
- Provide coaching on product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising readiness.
- Analyze program outcomes, capture learnings, and iterate on the program design.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, startups, or accelerator program leadership.
- Proven track record launching or scaling ventures or programs with measurable impact.
- Strong program management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and public speaking abilities.
- Extensive network with mentors, investors, universities, and industry partners.
- Experience with fundraising, grant writing, or corporate partnerships is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
