Responsibility
- Design and oversee accelerator programs from concept to completion, including curriculum, milestones, and evaluation metrics.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture high-potential founder cohorts in alignment with market trends and investor interests.
- Coach portfolio teams on business model development, go to market strategy, and product-market fit.
- Forge partnerships with mentors, corporate partners, and investors to create meaningful value-add for startups.
- Coordinate resources, run weekly program sessions, and manage progress tracking and reporting.
- Lead fundraising readiness initiatives, including pitch preparation and investor day planning.
- Measure outcomes, analyze portfolio performance, and continuously iterate program design for impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant entrepreneurship background preferred.
- 5+ years in startup, venture, or accelerator environments.
- Strong network of mentors, investors, and corporate partners.
- Proven track record in program design and delivering outcomes.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience with fundraising, business modeling, and GTM strategy.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
