Join our dynamic Startup Studio in Austin as an Entrepreneurship Program Manager. You will design, launch, and oversee accelerator and mentorship programs that empower earlyâstage founders to validate ideas, secure funding, and scale sustainably. Youâll partner with universities, investors, corporations, and community leaders to build a thriving pipeline of ventures and ambitious founders.

Responsibility
- Design, run, and iterate accelerator and mentorship programs for early-stage startups.
- Recruit, onboard, and support portfolio founders through coaching and structured milestones.
- Establish partnerships with universities, VC firms, corporate accelerators, and community organizations.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
- Track metrics (survival, funding, revenue growth, job creation) and report to stakeholders.
- Plan and host events, pitch days, and workshops to accelerate validation and traction.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications to promote programs and success stories.
- Coach teams on product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising readiness.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in startups, venture capital, corporate innovation, or program management.
- Proven track record designing and delivering accelerator/incubator programs or equivalent programs.
- Strong network in entrepreneurship ecosystems and proven partnership development skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
- Dataâdriven mindset with experience in CRM, analytics, and KPI tracking.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams.
