Responsibility
- Develop and oversee accelerator and founder mentorship programs from ideation to execution.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage mentors, partners, and program facilitators.
- Design curricula, workshops, and experiments to drive traction and fundraising readiness.
- Track key success metrics, report progress to leadership, and iterate programs based on data.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities, investors, and corporate partners to create opportunities for portfolio companies.
- Support portfolio founders with strategic planning, business model optimization, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Coordinate events, demo days, and investor meetings; ensure high-quality execution and outcomes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years in startup environments, venture capital, or accelerator program management.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering entrepreneurship programs; prior mentoring experience is a plus.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management; able to influence across teams and partners.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, analytics, CRM, and program management tools.
- Passion for mentoring founders and thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
