LaunchForge Accelerator is seeking a dynamic Entrepreneurship Program Manager to lead our program for early-stage founders. Based in Austin, TX with hybrid options, you will shape the strategy, execution, and outcomes of our entrepreneurship initiatives, accelerating startups from idea to market.
In this role you will partner with mentors, investors, corporate partners, and university ecosystems to empower founders with the structure, resources, and networks they need to succeed.
As a core member of our team, you will drive program design, selection processes, and metrics that demonstrate impact and portfolio value. If you are deeply passionate about entrepreneurship and have a knack for turning ideas into scalable ventures, we want to hear from you.
Responsibility
- Lead the design and execution of the entrepreneurship program, including curricula, milestones, mentor networks, and assessment metrics.
- Source, select, and onboard high-potential startups; manage portfolio performance and lifecycle from intake to graduation.
- Develop strategic partnerships with local universities, investors, corporates, and ecosystem players to expand resources and opportunities for founders.
- Mentor and coach founders on business model, product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, and fundraising readiness.
- Build financial models, fundraising plans, and investor communications; prepare startups for cap table optimization and term sheets.
- Oversee program budget, scheduling, communications, and reporting; maintain program KPIs and impact dashboards.
- Plan and host events, demo days, workshops, and founder retreats to showcase portfolio progress and attract new participants.
- Champion inclusive, equitable programming; track diversity metrics and ensure accessibility for underrepresented founders.
Qualification
- 5+ years in entrepreneurship, startup development, accelerator programs, or venture-building environments.
- Proven track record in fundraising, growth strategy, and business development within early-stage companies.
- Strong network with venture capital, angel investors, mentors, and ecosystem partners (Austin market preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and coaching skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience designing curricula, running workshops, and measuring program impact and outcomes.
- Data-driven with proficiency in analytics tools (Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
