VentureForge Labs is seeking an Entrepreneurship Programs Lead to catalyze startup success in a thriving ecosystem. You will design and oversee high-impact programs that empower founders to turn ideas into scalable ventures. This role blends program leadership, mentorship curation, and market-focused strategy to accelerate growth for early-stage startups and intrapreneurial teams within our corporate partners.
Based in Austin, TX, you will collaborate with mentors, investors, corporate partners, and community leaders to build a vibrant, outcomes-driven environment where ambitious founders can thrive.
Responsibility
- Design, launch, and oversee entrepreneurship programs, bootcamps, and accelerator tracks that deliver measurable outcomes for founders and teams.
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse network of mentors, coaches, investors, and corporate partners.
- Lead curriculum development, workshops, and demo days; ensure content aligns with market needs and fundraising readiness.
- Plan and execute flagship events, meetups, and competitions to grow community engagement and partnerships.
- Define and track key metrics (cohort progress, funding outcomes, revenue milestones) and report insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to promote programs and attract high-potential applicants.
- Provide hands-on coaching to founders on go-to-market, product-market fit, and fundraising strategies.
- Manage program budget, partnerships, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 4+ years in entrepreneurship, startup operations, or program management within accelerators or incubators.
- Proven track record in mentoring founders, fundraising, or venture-building initiatives.
- Excellent written and public speaking skills; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Airtable, Notion, or Asana.
- Extensive network within the Austin startup ecosystem and with mentors, investors, and corporate partners.
- Data-driven with the ability to measure impact and iterate programs based on metrics.
- Self-starter who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and diverse teams.
