As the Entrepreneurship Programs Manager, you will design, execute, and scale cohort-based programs that convert ambitious ideas into viable, fundraising-ready businesses. You will collaborate with mentors, investors, universities, and corporate partners to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
What you will do:
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of entrepreneurship programs and accelerator cohorts, from recruitment to graduation.
- Develop curricula and workshops on product-market fit, business modeling, fundraising, GTM strategy, and customer development.
- Build and manage partnerships with universities, investors, corporate partners, and local ecosystem players to source startups and resources.
- Mentor founders through coaching sessions, office hours, and peer learning circles to drive measurable progress.
- Track program outcomes using dashboards and metrics; report impact to leadership and partners.
- Oversee budget, logistics, events, and operations to ensure a delightful founder experience.
- Lead cohort selection and admissions processes with a focus on equity and inclusive access.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in startup ecosystems, entrepreneurship programs, venture support, or related program management roles.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training, workshops, and mentorship programs for founders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills; exceptional networking ability.
- Familiarity with fundraising, business modeling, GTM strategies, and product development.
- Data-driven with proficiency in CRM, analytics, and project-management tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple cohorts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; hybrid/work-from-home flexibility as applicable.
