Join ElevateStart Ventures as an Entrepreneurship Programs Manager in Austin, TX. Lead and scale mentorship-driven programs that empower ambitious founders to turn ideas into scalable ventures. You’ll partner with investors, universities, and industry experts to create a curriculum that accelerates growth and commercialization.
As a key member of our team, you’ll design, run, and measure outcomes for accelerator cohorts, startup bootcamps, and ongoing educational initiatives that cultivate resilient, investable ventures.
Responsibility
- Design, launch, and scale entrepreneurship programs, including accelerator cohorts, bootcamps, and mentorship networks.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage mentors, partners, and speakers from the startup and investment communities.
- Develop curricula, learning outcomes, and assessment methods aligned with real-world startup needs.
- Collaborate with startups to define milestones, monitor progress, and provide hands-on coaching and resources.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and performance metrics; report to leadership.
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, corporate partners, and angel networks to source deal flow and funding opportunities.
- Contribute to brand, marketing, and community-building efforts to attract high-potential founders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in startup ecosystem, entrepreneurship education, or program management.
- Proven track record mentoring startups, fundraising, or venture development.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong network within startups, investors, academic institutions, and industry partners.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze programs, outcomes, and ROI.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguity-filled environment; willingness to travel up to 20%.
