Responsibility
- Engage with customers in-branch and through outreach to understand financial needs and propose appropriate banking products.
- Explain features of accounts, loans, cards, and investment solutions; identify opportunities to help clients meet goals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process account openings, loan applications, and product enrollments accurately and in compliance with policies.
- Maintain precise customer records in the CRM; ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with sales, service, risk, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing product training and coaching to stay updated on offerings and regulatory changes.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in presenting to customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid numerical ability with the capacity to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems; quick learner of banking software.
