We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Engineer to lead remediation and compliance initiatives from concept through execution.

Responsibility
- Lead design and implementation of environmental remediation and pollution prevention projects from scoping to commissioning.
- Develop and manage environmental compliance programs including permitting, monitoring, and reporting.
- Conduct site assessments, risk analyses, and feasibility studies to support client decisions.
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and project schedules for internal and client review.
- Coordinate field investigations, data collection, and quality control activities with field teams.
- Apply GIS, CAD, and hydraulic modeling tools to support design and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards; liaison with regulators as needed.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering or related field; Master is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in environmental engineering, site assessments, remediation, or permitting.
- Professional Engineer PE license or progress toward licensure.
- Strong knowledge of EPA regulations, RCRA, CERCLA, Clean Water Act, and state equivalents.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, GIS, hydraulic modeling, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines; travel up to 25% as needed.
