Responsibility
- Develop and implement sustainable waste management programs for commercial clients
- Monitor, analyze, and report on waste reduction metrics and compliance
- Conduct site audits and risk assessments to ensure OSHA/EPA regulations are met
- Coordinate logistics for hazardous and non-hazardous waste collection and disposal
- Train staff and partners in best practices for recycling and waste minimization
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and business growth
- Prepare documentation for regulatory reporting and environmental certifications
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and regulatory updates
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in waste management or environmental compliance
- In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal waste regulations
- Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
- Outstanding communication and training skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with environmental management software a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in Greater Houston area
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and sustainability
