GreenLine Environmental Solutions is seeking a Senior Waste Management Project Manager to lead critical programs in the Seattle region. You will oversee waste collection and diversion initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence across client sites and our processing facilities. This role blends strategic planning with hands on execution, requiring strong collaboration with operations, engineering, procurement, and client stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Lead end to end waste management programs for municipal and commercial clients
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal waste regulations and permits
- Develop and implement waste diversion and recycling strategies to maximize landfill avoidance
- Manage project budgets, schedules and vendor contracts
- Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and report on KPIs
- Coordinate cross functional teams including field operations, engineering, and sales
- Engage with clients, authorities and community partners to drive sustainability initiatives
- Mentor junior staff and promote safety and quality across all activities
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in waste management or environmental services
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes
- Experience with recycling, composting, organics and waste to energy programs
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data analysis proficiency using Excel or BI tools
- Ability to manage budgets, contracts, and client expectations
- Professional certifications such as CWM or CPSM are a plus
