At Hey Rocket, we are seeking a proactive Estate Officer to join our property maintenance and operations team in the Central Region. In this role, you will help safeguard asset value, support tenant and stakeholder needs, and ensure that estates run smoothly through meticulous inspections, coordinated maintenance, and responsive service. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive onboarding and hands-on training to develop essential facilities management skills.
As an Estate Officer, you will be the on-site point of contact for routine operations, safety compliance, and vendor coordination. Your responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, coordinating repairs, supervising contractors, and maintaining accurate records. You will partner with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely workmanship, minimize downtime, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety across all facilities.

Responsibility
- Perform regular inspections of common areas, facilities, and equipment to identify issues and ensure safety.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor work orders with contractors and internal teams.
- Monitor daily estate operations, security, housekeeping, and environmental controls to maintain clean and safe facilities.
- Maintain accurate records, service logs, warranties, and compliance documentation.
- Promptly respond to incidents or service requests, escalate where necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with residents, tenants, and stakeholders to manage expectations and relay updates.
- Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives through routine checks and recommended improvements.
Qualification
- No prior work experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to use property management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; customer-service oriented.
- Physical ability to perform routine inspections and light maintenance tasks.
