Responsibility
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine labor and material requirements
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Review and evaluate cost estimates to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate budgeting
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office
