Responsibility
- Design, plan, and coordinate live entertainment events from concept to completion.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring flawless execution.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, artists, vendors, and in-house teams.
- Oversee on-site operations, troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time.
- Secure permits, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Develop innovative event themes and entertainment activations to captivate audiences.
- Analyze post-event metrics and recommend areas for improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and VIP guests.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of event management experience in the entertainment industry.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills under deadline pressure.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Deep knowledge of entertainment trends and industry stakeholders.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
- Passion for the entertainment and live production space.
