Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end production of live entertainment events, from ideation to execution
- Collaborate with creative directors, talent, and technical teams to bring shows to life
- Manage event budgets, timelines, contracts, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and venue standards
- Supervise staff, vendors, and on-site logistics during events
- Develop and execute production plans, scripts, and technical riders
- Source and secure event talent, partners, or sponsorships as needed
- Deliver exceptional guest and client experiences at every event
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Entertainment, or related field
- 3+ years of live event production or entertainment industry experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication with creative, technical, and executive teams
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts
- Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends for event dates
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Knowledge of technical production equipment is a plus
