Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end production of live events, concerts, and immersive entertainment experiences.
- Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and logistics.
- Coordinate with creative, technical, and talent teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and venue partners to meet project objectives.
- Oversee rehearsals, set-ups, and on-site event management to guarantee show excellence.
- Implement health, safety, and compliance protocols for all events.
- Troubleshoot real-time production challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Drive post-event analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience producing live events in the entertainment industry.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, high-profile productions.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of technical production elements (audio, lighting, staging).
- Strong budgeting and project management proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and travel.
