Royal Org is seeking curious, driven, and growth-minded individuals to join our events team as an Events Ambassador. This full-time opportunity is based in the Central Region of Singapore and offers a clear, structured pathway to develop professional skills, gain hands-on sales experience, and advance within a fast-moving brand environment.
As an Events Ambassador, you will act as the face of Royal Org at a variety of events, from shopping center activations to corporate functions. Your role is to generate brand awareness, engage attendees with compelling product stories, answer questions, and capture high-quality leads for follow-up. You will work closely with our events team to ensure brand standards are upheld, messages are consistent, and attendee experiences are positive and memorable.
Key responsibilities include on-site event setup, audience engagement, lead capture, and timely reporting of results to your manager. You will also help with registration and guest flow, distribute marketing materials, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless event experience. Responsibility
- Represent Royal Org at assigned events and drive brand awareness
- Engage attendees, answer questions, and capture qualified leads for follow-up
- Demonstrate product benefits through clear, concise messaging
- Maintain on-brand presentation and ensure a professional on-site presence
- Coordinate with the events team to execute smooth on-site logistics
- Distribute marketing materials and manage attendee registrations
- Track and report event outcomes, feedback, and lead quality to management
- Travel to multiple event locations as required and maintain adherence to schedules
Qualification
- Prior experience in events, promotions, hospitality, or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Confident, energetic, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible hours
- Ability to quickly learn product details and messaging
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or lead capture tools
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and punctuality
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset and coachable spirit
