As an Events Marketing Specialist, you will be the face of our brand at events, trade shows, product launches, and experiential activations. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to plan, execute, and optimize on-site experiences that capture attention, generate high-quality leads, and foster lasting impressions. You will manage logistics, coordinate materials, and ensure a smooth attendee journey from first greeting to data capture and follow-up.

Responsibility
- Represent the EPONA brand at events, shows, and activations within the Central Region
- Plan, set up, and execute on-site activations that align with marketing goals and campaign timelines
- Engage attendees, communicate product stories, and collect high-quality leads for follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns and optimize post-event performance
- Manage event logistics, materials, schedules, and on-site inventory to ensure a professional brand presence
- Track event metrics (attendance, engagement, lead quality) and prepare clear reports for stakeholders
- Support live social media coverage and digital amplification during events to maximize reach and impact
Qualification
- 1-2 years in events marketing, brand activation, or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, customer-focused, and presentable
- Ability to travel within Singapore and work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM or lead capture tools is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a proactive mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
