We are seeking a results-driven Executive Coach to partner with C-suite leaders and high-potential professionals. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on development to unlock leadership performance and organizational impact. Responsibility
- Lead confidential coaching engagements with executives and senior leaders to unlock performance and stretch goals.
- Design and implement customized coaching plans aligned with business strategy and leadership development objectives.
- Facilitate powerful one-on-one coaching sessions and small group coaching to accelerate behavior change.
- Administer, interpret, and synthesize feedback from assessment tools (360s, psychometrics) and translate into actionable development plans.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent, and business partners to integrate coaching into leadership pipelines and succession plans.
- Provide progress reporting with measurable outcomes and data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Deliver workshops and trainings on communication, influence, delegation, and emotional intelligence.
Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of coaching, leadership development, or equivalent consulting experience in corporate environments.
- Certified executive coach with credentials such as ICF PCC, EMCC, or equivalent; advanced training in leadership assessment tools is a strong plus.
- Outstanding listening, questioning, and facilitation skills with the ability to challenge constructively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes.
- Experience with assessment tools (360 feedback, MBTI, CliftonStrengths, DISC) and feedback delivery.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred; passion for continuous learning and ethics in coaching.
