Ascend Leadership Coaching is seeking a premium, impact-driven Executive Coach to join our growing practice in San Francisco. You will partner with C-level and senior leaders to unlock high-impact performance, shape leadership culture, and drive measurable business results.
This full-time role blends 1:1 coaching, group programs, and scalable coaching design. You will leverage evidence-based methodologies, strict confidentiality, and a client-centric mindset to deliver transformative outcomes for top-tier organizations.
Responsibility
- Partner with executives to design customized leadership development plans aligned with business strategy.
- Deliver confidential 1:1 coaching sessions (in-person or virtual) that produce measurable leadership growth.
- Facilitate leadership workshops and group coaching programs to scale impact across teams.
- Assess client needs using validated tools and 360 feedback, translating insights into actionable development actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement behavioral change and track progress against objectives.
- Provide executive-level guidance on communication, decision-making, and strategic influence.
- Maintain rigorous client confidentiality, ethical standards, and high-quality documentation in CRM.
- Contribute to program design, thought leadership, and continuous improvement of coaching offerings.
Qualification
- Master's degree in psychology, organizational development, business, or related field, or 7+ years of coaching-experience in enterprise settings.
- ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) or equivalent credentialing and ongoing professional development.
- 5+ years coaching executives or high-performing teams with a track record of accelerated outcomes.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to link coaching to measurable business results.
- Proficiency with assessment tools (MBTI, Hogan, 360s, CliftonStrengths, etc.) and feedback facilitation.
- Excellent listening, questioning, and storytelling skills; exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Ability to travel 10-15% for client engagements or deliver virtual coaching with strong time-zone management.
