At Summit Coaching Partners, we help leaders unlock potential and accelerate performance. We are seeking a results-driven Executive Coach to partner with C-suite and senior leaders to drive transformational growth. This is a full-time, client-facing role that blends 1:1 coaching, leadership development design, and program facilitation. Remote-friendly with occasional in-person moments in Seattle.
As an Executive Coach, you will design evidence-based coaching engagements, deliver actionable insights, and uphold the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate coaching outcomes into broader organizational development initiatives.
Responsibility
- Provide confidential, one-on-one coaching to executives and high-potential leaders to enhance performance and leadership capabilities.
- Co-create personalized development plans, set measurable goals, and track progress against key outcomes.
- Facilitate leadership development workshops and group coaching sessions for teams and cohorts.
- Partner with clients to address strategic challenges, communication, influence, and change management.
- Collaborate with internal consultants to integrate coaching insights into broader programs and initiatives.
- Maintain rigorous coaching documentation, confidentiality, and ethical standards in accordance with ICF guidelines.
- Stay current with coaching methodologies, tools, and research; continuously improve program quality.
Qualification
- ICF-accredited professional coaching certification (ACC, PCC) or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience coaching senior leaders and executives across industries.
- Exceptional listening, powerful questioning, and feedback skills with a strengths-based approach.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proven track record designing and delivering both 1:1 coaching and scalable group programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with virtual platforms and in-person delivery.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
