We are seeking an experienced Executive Coach in Austin, TX to design and deliver transformative coaching programs for C level executives, directors, and high potential professionals. The ideal candidate blends deep listening, powerful questioning, and pragmatic development plans to drive measurable outcomes.
As a core member of our coaching practice, you will partner with clients to establish clarity, create accountability, and accelerate growth through structured coaching engagements, workshop facilitation, and collaborative program design that aligns with client business goals.
Responsibility
- Conduct 1:1 and small group coaching sessions for executives and high potential professionals, tailoring approaches to client needs.
- Design and manage coaching plans, goals, milestones, and KPIs aligned with measurable leadership outcomes.
- Facilitate leadership development workshops and experiential learning sessions that drive behavior change.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure alignment between coaching goals and organizational strategy.
- Document progress, provide regular updates, and maintain robust client relationships throughout engagements.
- Evaluate program impact using qualitative and quantitative measures and adjust approaches accordingly.
- Contribute to business development through thought leadership, proposals, and client referrals as appropriate.
Qualification
- ICF credentialing or equivalent certification; PCC or ACC considered depending on experience.
- 5+ years of coaching experience with executives, leaders, or teams in corporate settings.
- Proven track record delivering measurable leadership development outcomes and behavior change.
- Excellent listening, powerful questioning, feedback, and communication skills.
- Experience designing and delivering both 1:1 coaching and group coaching formats.
- Familiarity with assessment tools (360s, personality, engagement surveys) and data-driven coaching.
- Bachelor degree in psychology, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred; willingness to travel as needed.
