Aspire Coaching Partners is seeking an experienced Executive Coach to join our premium coaching practice based in Austin, Texas. This role focuses on guiding senior leaders through transformative career and leadership development, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes and personalized programs.

Responsibility
- Design and deliver individualized coaching engagements for senior leaders, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate coaching sessions (in-person and virtual) with a focus on practical outcomes and accountability.
- Develop leadership development plans and track progress against defined metrics.
- Partner with HR and executives to diagnose leadership gaps and implement scalable programs.
- Create and lead workshops, webinars, and group coaching circles to extend impact.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring confidentiality and ethical coaching standards.
- Contribute to program design, assessment tools, and knowledge resources.
Qualification
- Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF, MCC, ACC) or equivalent credential.
- Minimum 5 years of executive coaching or leadership development experience.
- Proven track record of helping leaders achieve measurable outcomes (promotions, performance, engagement).
- Strong listening, questioning, and communication skills; high emotional intelligence.
- Ability to design scalable coaching programs and deliver compelling workshops.
- Experience partnering with HR, Talent, and C-suite executives.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Austin, TX for on-site engagement flexibility.
