ImpactSphere Coaching is seeking a results-driven Executive Coach to lead leadership development programs for senior professionals across industries. You will design, facilitate, and scale one-on-one coaching engagements and group workshops that accelerate performance, resilience, and strategic thinking.
As a trusted partner to executives, you will diagnose development needs, craft personalized coaching plans, and measure outcomes with robust metrics. The role blends coaching, curriculum design, and program leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibility
- Identify client goals and success metrics; design tailored coaching plans and timelines.
- Conduct confidential 1:1 coaching sessions with senior leaders (in-person or virtual).
- Facilitate group workshops on leadership, communication, and team dynamics.
- Develop scalable coaching programs and tools for onboarding and ongoing development.
- Collaborate with client HR and stakeholders to align coaching with business objectives.
- Track progress with quantitative and qualitative outcomes; adjust approaches as needed.
- Mentor junior coaches, contribute to thought leadership, and share best practices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards; uphold coaching best practices.
Qualification
- Certified executive coach with at least 5 years of practical coaching experience.
- Proven track record coaching C-suite and senior leaders; strong business acumen.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs and curricula.
- Excellent listening, questioning, and facilitation skills; high emotional intelligence.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities; culturally aware.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines.
- Professional certifications (e.g., ICF, EMCC) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
