Responsibility

  • Identify client goals and success metrics; design tailored coaching plans and timelines.
  • Conduct confidential 1:1 coaching sessions with senior leaders (in-person or virtual).
  • Facilitate group workshops on leadership, communication, and team dynamics.
  • Develop scalable coaching programs and tools for onboarding and ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with client HR and stakeholders to align coaching with business objectives.
  • Track progress with quantitative and qualitative outcomes; adjust approaches as needed.
  • Mentor junior coaches, contribute to thought leadership, and share best practices.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards; uphold coaching best practices.

Qualification

  • Certified executive coach with at least 5 years of practical coaching experience.
  • Proven track record coaching C-suite and senior leaders; strong business acumen.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs and curricula.
  • Excellent listening, questioning, and facilitation skills; high emotional intelligence.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities; culturally aware.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ICF, EMCC) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
