Ascend Coaching Collective is seeking an experienced Executive Coach to join our Seattle-based team. We partner with senior leaders to unlock high-performance, accelerate transformation, and cultivate resilient organizations. This full-time role combines individual coaching, program design, and stakeholder collaboration.
As a key member of our coaching team, you will deliver impactful 1:1 coaching, lead group workshops, and co-create development plans aligned with business strategy. You will also contribute to thought leadership, materials, and scalable coaching processes.

Responsibility
- Conduct structured 1:1 coaching engagements with C-suite and senior leaders to unlock high-performance
- Design personalized coaching plans, development programs, and measurable action steps
- Facilitate leadership workshops, team sessions, and offsite interventions
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and executives to align coaching with business strategy
- Track outcomes using KPIs, dashboards, and progress reports; adjust programs accordingly
- Contribute to scalable coaching playbooks, materials, and best-practice methodologies
- Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality, ethics, and professional standards
Qualification
- Master’s degree in psychology, organizational development, business, or related field; or ICF/PCC/CPCC certification
- Minimum 5 years of executive or professional coaching experience with demonstrated results
- Proven track record coaching senior leaders to drive organizational performance
- Strong facilitation skills, emotional intelligence, and coaching presence
- Excellent active listening, questioning, and feedback capabilities; strong written/verbal communication
- Ability to design and deliver virtual and in-person coaching sessions and workshops
- Business acumen, stakeholder management, and a collaborative, ethical approach
