Responsibility
- Facilitate one-on-one executive coaching sessions tailored to client goals.
- Design and deliver custom leadership development programs.
- Assess clients’ leadership competencies using validated psychometric tools.
- Partner with HR teams to support organizational change initiatives.
- Deliver group workshops on emotional intelligence, communication, and resilience.
- Document progress and measure coaching outcomes using success metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into coaching sessions.
- Represent Elevate Performance Group at industry events and networking functions.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
- ICF PCC or MCC certification highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years of professional coaching experience with executive clientele.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive transformation in leaders.
- Skilled in using assessment tools such as MBTI, Hogan or DiSC.
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with virtual coaching platforms and digital collaboration tools.
