Join Apex Coaching Collective, a premium coaching firm based in New York, dedicated to unlocking leadership potential through tailored executive coaching programs. We are seeking a strategic, empathetic Executive and Leadership Coach to work with C-suite and senior leaders across industries. This role blends one on one coaching, group facilitation, and program design to drive measurable growth for clients and organizations.
What you will do is partner with clients to uncover goals, design impactful development plans, and track progress using evidence based methodologies. You will collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings and contribute to thought leadership in the coaching space.
Responsibility
- Conduct one on one executive coaching sessions to elevate leadership capabilities and create lasting behavioral change.
- Design and deliver customized coaching programs aligned with client goals and organizational strategy.
- Facilitate highly interactive workshops and group coaching for teams and emerging leaders.
- Apply evidence based coaching methods and psychometrics to measure progress and ROI.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish clear development plans and track outcomes over time.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethics and professional standards.
- Contribute to program development and thought leadership to expand service offerings.
Qualification
- Minimum 7 years of executive or leadership coaching experience with proven impact.
- Certified coach with ICF credential such as PCC or ACC, or equivalent accreditation.
- Strong business acumen and ability to interact with senior leaders across industries.
- Exceptional listening, questioning, and communication skills; adept at building trust quickly.
- Experience designing and delivering coaching programs and workshops.
- Evidence of measurable outcomes and ability to quantify coaching impact.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate high ethical standards.
- Willingness to travel up to 20 for client engagements as needed.
