We are seeking a full-time Executive & Leadership Coach to design and deliver transformative coaching programs, collaborate with stakeholder teams, and contribute to our growth through outstanding client outcomes. The ideal candidate combines deep coaching expertise with strong business acumen, excellent communication, and a passion for mentoring others.

What you'll do includes partnering with clients to drive measurable development, facilitating coaching sessions (in-person or virtual), crafting tailored development plans, and maintaining rigorous progress tracking using KPIs, 360 feedback, and reflective practices.

Responsibility

  • Design and deliver individualized coaching programs for executives and teams, aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions (in-person or virtual), using evidence-based methodologies such as GROW, strengths-based coaching, and reflective practices.
  • Collaborate with HR, L&D, and client sponsors to define development goals and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain coaching plans, outcomes dashboards, and progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior coaches, contribute to program design, and ensure quality assurance across engagements.
  • Guide clients through leadership transitions, behavior change, and high-stakes communication challenges.
  • Promote a culture of feedback, psychological safety, and continuous improvement within client organizations.

Qualification

  • ICF accredited coaching certification or equivalent (ACC/PCC or above) with 5+ years of coaching experience.
  • Proven track record coaching executives and senior teams to achieve measurable leadership outcomes.
  • Exceptional listening, powerful questioning, and rapport-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate insights into practical development actions.
  • Experience with assessment tools (360s, personality inventories, CliftonStrengths, etc.) and feedback delivery.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple engagements with high integrity and discretion.
