Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations and support senior executives to ensure timely, accurate delivery of tasks.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics.
- Manage incoming communications (email, phone, mail) and route to appropriate teams with professional, timely responses.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and client meetings.
- Maintain and organize office systems, files, and inventory; manage vendor relations and procurement as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and coordinating internal events, trainings, and team-building activities.
- Provide exceptional front-desk support and create a welcoming, professional environment.
- Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks to drive operational efficiency.
Qualification
- 2+ years of proven experience in office administration or executive support.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a professional phone manner.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel, and event logistics; basic bookkeeping or expense reporting is a plus.
- Professional demeanor, adaptability, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
