Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain efficiency and productivity
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office supply inventory
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and deliveries
- Support HR with onboarding, records, and documentation
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management for process improvements and new initiatives
Qualification
- Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role (3+ years preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software
- Outstanding organization and multitasking abilities

- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
