As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations, responsible for calendar management, document control, supply procurement, and facilities coordination. You will interact with vendors, coordinate meetings, and assist with onboarding and HR tasks as needed. You will report to the Office Manager and collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain a smooth office flow and exemplary service delivery.
Responsibility
- Coordinate daily office operations including reception, mail, scheduling, and facilities maintenance
- Manage calendar and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event logistics
- Perform data entry, filing, records management, and document control
- Prepare invoices, process expense reports, and assist with procurement
- Support HR onboarding, employee requests, and file maintenance
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure office supply levels
- Assist management with reporting, project coordination, and ad hoc administrative tasks
Qualification
- 2 plus years in office administration or related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in business, administration or related field preferred
- Customer service oriented with problem solving mindset
