Responsibility
- Greet visitors, answer phones, route inquiries, and manage front desk operations with professionalism.
- Coordinate calendars for executives, schedule meetings, book rooms, and arrange video conferences.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and maintain office supply inventory.
- Prepare internal communications, draft memos, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with basic travel arrangements, expense reporting, and vendor and invoice processing.
- Support cross functional teams with administrative tasks, data entry, and CRM/database updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, protect confidential information, and maintain a secure work environment.
Qualification
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams; strong calendar management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer service oriented, collaborative, and able to build positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience with basic bookkeeping, invoices, PO processing, or expense reporting is a plus.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
