As an Office Administrator, you will partner with teams across departments to maintain calendars, process requests, handle travel arrangements, and ensure accurate records. Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative operations including scheduling, correspondence, and file management
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and conference room bookings for multiple teams
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain office supplies, manage vendor relationships, and oversee facilities tasks
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional front-desk support
- Process expense reports and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
- Assist with onboarding of new hires and coordinate internal communications
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or similar roles
- Strong proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
